TAB Consulting is run by two brothers, Ayaz and Irfan Kermalli. We started TAB in Southern California in 2023 and brought it with us to North Dallas in 2026. We still work with clients in both states, and wherever else their businesses take them.

We built TAB on a simple idea. Owner-run businesses deserve the same quality of financial thinking that larger companies get, from people who actually know their business.

Ayaz Kermalli

Ayaz is a CPA who has spent his career on the corporate side of finance. He has held controllership roles at The Boring Company and Shell Recharge, and worked as a NetSuite solution consultant at Oracle, helping companies design the systems their finance teams run on. At TAB, he brings that experience to owner-run businesses: clean books, clear reporting and advice grounded in how larger companies manage their numbers. He also serves as treasurer of a nonprofit community board, so he knows the 990 from both sides of the table.

Irfan Kermalli

Managing Partner

Irfan Kermalli is a co-founder of TAB Consulting, where he leads operations. He brings 10+ years of quality engineering experience in the medical device industry, where he built and audited processes in one of the most tightly regulated fields there is. He applies the same rigor to TAB’s work: documented processes, careful review, and nothing left to chance on compliance. He holds an active PTIN and is currently pursuing the IRS Enrolled Agent credential.
